How we work.

Quotes

Every project is quoted individually. A quote lists the piece, the quantity, the artwork, the delivery date and the total. It is valid for thirty days unless it says otherwise.

Reference numbers

Each project gets a reference beginning with BH. It stays on the quote, the invoice and the shipment, so one number follows the work from start to finish.

Artwork

You send your logo as vector artwork where possible. You confirm that you have the right to use it. We set it for the piece and send a proof for your approval.

Samples

Where a sample is possible, we produce one and you approve it before the run. Sample cost and timing are stated in the quote. Production matches the approved sample.

Payment

Half to begin, half on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise. Net terms once a program is established. Payment by bank transfer or card.

Changes and cancellation

Changes before artwork approval are usually free. After approval, production has started and changes may carry a cost. Cancellation after approval is charged for work already done.

Delivery

Delivery dates are given per project and confirmed when the order is placed. Custom production depends on the maker, so a date is an estimate until the run is booked.

If something is wrong

Tell us within fourteen days of delivery. If a piece does not match the approved sample, we replace it or credit it.

Privacy

We use your details to quote and deliver your project. We do not sell them and we do not show your logo or your name as a client without your permission.

Product images on this site show design concepts. Each piece is confirmed by an approved sample before production.
